We invest up to $2-$5 million of structured growth equity in small middle market companies. We target businesses with revenue >$5 million in rural areas and sectors positioned to grow and underserved by traditional sources of private capital.
We invest throughout the United States with a focus on the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Our investments are catalytic, attracting additional investment to companies, and creating quality jobs and shared prosperity in communities.
