Sara is a Senior Associate at Blue Highway Capital. For eight years she was the owner/operator of a small farm business in Vermont, where she raised grass-fed livestock and sold high quality meat and dairy. For her MBA internship Sara worked at Agriculture Capital, a private equity firm that invests in vertically integrated permanent crop assets with a focus on regenerative management. She has also worked as a consultant for food and farm businesses with Kitchen Table Consultants.
Sara holds a B.S. from Cornell University’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
